Perkiomen Teen, Skippack Couple Named in Lawsuit Stemming from Assault
Incident occurred at Halloween party in 2009.

Colby Joseph Davis, 19, of Perkiomen and Thane Tagg, 46, of Skippack -- who were both convicted in connection to the events of an underage drinking party two years ago -- are now facing a lawsuit from a girl who was indecently assaulted that night. (Source)
According to an article in The Times Herald, "In the suit, which seeks damages in excess of $50,000, the girl alleged she suffered physical, emotional and psychological injuries as a result of Davis’ assault that occurred at an underage drinking party held at the Tagg residence."
Davis pleaded guilty to indecent and simple assault, both misdemeanor charges, and received a six-to-23-month jail sentence and two years' probation, the article states.

Tagg was sentenced to eight days in the county jail and two years' probation after pleading guilty to "misdemeanor charges of furnishing alcohol to minors and disorderly conduct in connection with the party that police said was attended by about two-dozen of his son’s underage classmates," the article continues. Tagg's wife Karen is also named in the lawsuit.
