Police Respond to Incidents at Perkiomen Valley Express Care
An incident report does not signify a conviction. All accused are innocent until proven guilty.

A Pottstown man will face charges in connection to a harassment incident that occurred at , Monday afternoon, May 21, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report.
The report alleges that Hassan Attia, 36, "started a verbal confrontation (about) the work (a 33-year-old Norristown man) performed on his vehicle." Attia then allegedly struck the other man's face and fled the scene.
Charges will be filed in , the report states.

Reda Attia, 39, of Bridgeport, will also face charges for "(interfering) with a criminal investigation regarding an incident where he was not involved," police said. Attia was also at PV Express Care, Monday, when "he then became verbally aggressive, and refused to provide a driver's license when told to do so," the report states.
"Attia then became physically combative and refused to cooperate with State Police," the report continues.
