For the first time this decade, and only the second time this century, the Pope is visiting the United States.

The historic event from Sept. 22 to 27 has Pope Francis meeting with President Barack Obama, addressing Congress in Washington D.C. and the United Nations in New York City, and attending the World Meeting of Families in Philadelphia.

But more importantly, the pontiff will be meeting with the people, the majority of whom would never have the opportunity to see the leader of the Catholic church in Vatican City.

And with that comes memories, especially those in the form of digital photos. While event organizers have banned selfie sticks from the Papal Mass, cameras of any kind are still fair game at his public events.
