Sweet Charity at Rita's Water Ice

Although area Rita's Water Ice stores are offering their free, first-day-of-spring-frozen-treat, the chain is giving you the chance to still give back to the community by taking part in the Spring to Fight Hunger event.

Today's customers can bring non-perishable foods for local food pantries to Rita's locations in , Royersford, Phoenixville and Coventry, according to Marketing Coordinator Kelly Griffin. 

The stores are open from noon – 9 p.m.
