Woman Found Stabbed To Death In Perkiomen Township: Cops

PERKIOMEN TOWNSHIP, PA — A woman was found stabbed to death in her Perkiomen Township home in the early hours Friday morning, Pennsylvania State Police said. The body was found in a home near the intersection of Abby Lane and Greenshire Boulevard, authorities said.

Police re-routed traffic for several hours from the area following the discovery, which was shortly after 3 a.m. CBS reports that a woman called 911 to say that her mother was stabbed. The victim was 54 years old, according to that report.
