“Toby was a caring, insightful person and a tireless advocate for children and victims of domestic violence,” said Jay C. Glickman, Esq., partner of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford, P.C. “She was also a supportive friend to the Center and a devoted civic leader and volunteer.”

Dickman has presided over cases involving domestic disputes with a priority on solutions that would be in the best interest of children in custody cases. She specialized in family law as a partner with Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford in Lansdale before her election. She also served on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Domestic Relations Committee and was vice chairman of the Montgomery County Legal Aid Service while practicing law. Dickman was pivotal in the implementation of a program requiring mediation sessions for parties unable to resolve custody disputes.
