Changes Made To Peters Garbage, Recycling Pickup

PETERS TOWNSHIP, PA - Due to the coronavirus outbreak, waste management is altering the services provided to township residents effective immediately.

There will be no disruption to regular service and garbage and recycling pickup will still occur on your regular day. But these changes are now in place:

• No bulk items (furniture, carpet, mattress, appliances, etc.)

• No grass clippings, brush, tree limbs, etc.

• All trash must be inside the Peters Township trash bin or bagged-sealed. Loose Items will not be collected.

• All recyclables (including cardboard) must be inside the Peters Township recycling bin. Items left outside the recycling bin will not be collected.
