Columbine Shooting Victim's Father To Speak In Peters
He'll help the Peters Township School District kick off an anti-violence and anti-bullying campaign.

PETERS TOWNSHIP, PA - The father of one of the victims of the 1999 Columbine High School massacre in Colorado will help the Peters Township School District kick off a program designed to curb bullying and violence in schools.
Darrell Scott will appear at Sept. 25 at 6:30 p.m. at the South Hills Bible Chapel in McMurray to discuss Rachel’s Challenge, the program he started in the wake of the Columbine tragedy. Named after his late daughter, who was the first Columbine shooting victim, the nonprofit program emphasizes kindness and compassion in schools.
In April 1999, Columbine seniors Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold murdered 12 students and one teacher, and injured 21 others, at the high school before committing suicide.
