Peters Municipal Building Evacuated After Threat
No suspicious materials found after the building was searched.
PETERS TOWNSHIP, PA - The township municipal building was evacuated Tuesday morning after an anonymous written threat was received regarding the facility.
After a thorough search by police, no suspicious packages or materials were found. Employees were allowed to return to the building at 11:15 a.m. and all township services resumed.
Specifics regarding the threat were not provided in a release from the township.
