Peters Schools To Sell Kennywood Picnic Tickets

PETERS TOWNSHIP, PA - The end of the school year is fast approaching, and the Peters Township School District Kennywood picnic will be held on June 19. Tickets will be sold in district schools May 8. The cost is
26 each and purchases can be made via cash or money order only.

Kennywood staff will be in the buildings at these times:

• Peters Township High School: 9:45 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Peters Township Middle School: 10:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.
• McMurray Elementary: 11:15 a.m. - 1:45 p.m.
• Bower Hill Elementary: 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Pleasant Valley Elementary: 11:45 a.m. - 1 p.m.

One change this year on picnic day: the district will not have a bus to Kennywood for students because of a lack of participation in previous years.
