Peters Township Schools Cancel Classes For Wednesday
The frigid temperatures and wind chill prompted the cancellation.
PETERS TOWNSHIP, PA - Due to the predicted extreme temperatures and wind chill, Peters Township Schools will be closed Wednesday. All evening activities and school events are canceled.
The make-up day is Monday, Feb.18th.
With the current extended forecast, district officials said a second closure on Thursday is possible. The district will monitor the temperatures and will communicate with parents if the additional cancellation or delay is necessary.
