PETERS TOWNSHIP, PA — PennDOT will hold a live virtual public meeting to discuss proposed improvements to the Valley Brook Road- Bebout Road intersection. The meeting will occur Jan. 19 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

A single-lane roundabout is being considered for the current three-way, stop-controlled T-intersection. Valley Brook Road is a primary commuter connection to Route 19 and the metro Pittsburgh area, and the intersection often experiences significant congestion.

PennDOT believes a roundabout will relieve congestion, improve safety and enhance access to the Arrowhead Trail parking lot.
