Search for Driver Involved in Minor School Bus Accident Continues
Help the police find the driver of a blue Saturn Ion, a part of a minor school bus accident Jan. 27.

The search continues for the driver of a blue Saturn Ion involved in a minor Peters Township school bus accident that occurred Jan. 27 at 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of Crest Drive and Pleasant Ave.
Thirty-four students were en route to McMurray Elementary, when the bus driver made a sharp left onto Crest Drive from Pleasant Ave., hitting the blue Saturn Ion sitting at the corner of Crest Drive, according to Peters police. The drivers spoke, but did not exchange information. Police understand that the owner of the blue Saturn Ion was a passenger in the vehicle, but not the driver.Â
One student was taken to St. Clair Hospital later in the day, after complaining of whiplash, according to police. Four students complained of pain.Â
