WPXI Holiday Parade Tops 5 Weekend Things To Do Around Peters
But don't forget about "Motown The Musical" or the DVE Charity Jam.

PETERS TOWNSHIP, PA - For more than three decades, the WPXI-TV annual holiday parade has been a tradition attracting thousands of people. Given the lineup of performers at Saturday’s event, this year’s parade promises to be no exception.
They include Chris Jamison from the hit NBC TV show “The Voice,” Pittsburgh Penguins national anthem singer Jeff Jimerson, Mirror Image from Season 12 of “America’s Got Talent,” the Harlem Globetrotters, Joseph Sisters, the Keymakers, Kea Michaels and the Pittsburgh CLO Mini-Stars. There also will be large inflatable balloons of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Smokey the Bear, because nothing says “Merry Christmas,” like a bear with a fondness for fire prevention.
The parade takes place Nov. 25 at 9 a.m. on Liberty Avenue between Eleventh and Sixth streets.
The WPXI Holiday Parade is free.
