Amber Alert Issued By PA State Police After Child Abducted

PENNSYLVANIA— Pennsylvania State Police have issued a statewide Amber Alert for the abduction of a 2-year-old New Jersey boy and his mother.

The boy, Sebastian Rios, and his mother, Yasemin Uyaf, are believed to have been abducted by Sebastian's father earlier on Friday, according to New Jersey State Police. The father, Tyler Rios, is the main suspect in the abduction, authorities said.

Rios is believed to be driving a 2018 silver Ford Fiesta with New Jersey license plates W421713. They were last seen in Rahway, New Jersey.
