Ben Franklin Bridge Traffic Hindered By Overturned Pretzel Truck
A tractor trailer hauling pretzels overturned at the base of the Ben Franklin Bridge on the Philadelphia side, hindering traffic.
PHILADELPHIA — Traffic on the Ben Franklin Bridge heading into Philly has been hindered due to a crashed tractor trailer.
The Delaware River Port Authority said the truck, reportedly carrying soft pretzel dough, overturned at the base of the bridge on the Philadelphia side of the bridge.
Traffic heading west from New Jersey into the city is still impacted at about 9:39 a.m. when the crash occurred at about 4 a.m.
