Drive-Thru Food Distribution Site Opens At Citizens Bank Park
Philabundance is operating a drive-thru food distribution site every Friday through June 26 at Citizens Bank Park.
PHILADELPHIA — Citizens Bank Park is now serving as a drive-thru food distribution site for those in need amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Mayor Jim Kenney announced the site Thursday, and it is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays through June 26.
The site is run by Philabundance.

Drivers of each vehicle will get one share of food provisions, which is about 35 pounds of food, while supplies last. Those using the site will get a combination of shelf stable and perishable products varying weekly.
Philabundance will be able to serve up to 1,600 vehicles each Friday at this site.

No one is required to show identification or documentation to use the site.
Food will only be distributed to people in cars to follow social distancing guidelines.
