Free Cheesesteaks, Ice Cream With Vaccines In Philly Friday
The first 100 people to get coronavirus vaccines Friday in Fishtown will get free ice cream and free cheesesteaks.
PHILADELPHIA — You can get a coronavirus vaccine and a free cheeseteak Friday in Philadelphia.
Temple Health and PRL&A will be offering free coronavirus vaccines to anyone 12 and older as well as free cheeseteaks from Joe's Steaks and free ice cream from Weckerly's to the first 100 people getting vaccines.
The vaccines, cheesesteak, and ice cream will be at Lutheran Settlement House, 1340 Frankford Ave. from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday.

Registration is not required, but those seeking vaccines are asked to bring some form of identification and/or health insurance cards.
Those without insurance are encouraged to speak with an administrator on site for accommodation.

This campaign called "Vaccinations for All" is funded through the generosity of the William Penn Foundation and hosted by Lutheran Settlement House.
The campaign is a direct, bi-lingual call-to-action for hospitality industry workers and owners to hit the 70 percent vaccination rate goal and will entail pop-up clinics across West, Center, South and North Philly areas.
