And that's where the Phanatic took the top honor, for lack of a better term.
The Phanatic was ranked the most obnoxious ahead of Baxter of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Slider of the Cleveland Indians, Swinger Friar of the San Diego Padres, and Blooper of the Atlanta Braves.
Those respondents clearly aren't Phillies fans, who were ranked No. 1 for loving their mascot the most. The survey revealed Phillies fans love the Phanatic more than any other fan base loves their mascot.
Being the most obnoxious to others while being the most beloved by locals is one of the most Philly things ever. As Eagles center Jason Kelce once said: "No one likes us, and we don't care."
Other fan bases who love their mascots the most are Milwaukee Brewers fans, Detroit Tigers fans, Baltimore Orioles Fans, and Kansas City Royals fans.
