PHILADELPHIA — It's almost time to pop champagne bottles and pucker up for a midnight kiss with the near year right around the corner. And if you're in Philadelphia celebrating the new year, you're in a top 10 cities to do so, according to WalletHub.
Just in time for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, WalletHub published a list of the best cities to celebrate the holiday, and Philadelphia made the top 10.
WalletHub's analysts looked at various factors such as legality of fireworks to average price of a New Year’s Eve party ticket to forecasted precipitation for Dec. 31 in the 100 biggest cities across the country.

Philadelphia, with all things considered, came in at the No. 10 spot.
New York City was ranked No. 1. The top 5 were rounded out by Denver, Colorado; Las Vegas, Nevada; San Diego, California; and Los Angeles, California.
