Philly's Longtime Ben Franklin Impersonator Dies At 75: Report

A Philadelphia mainstay has died after years of portraying Benjamin Franklin.

6ABC reports Ralph Archbold died at 75 years old on March 25.

Archbold had been portraying Franklin since 1973, the outlet reports, and celebrated his 75th birthday on January 17, which also happens to be Franklin's birthday.

Archbold is survived by his wife, Linda, daughters Elizabeth Nelson and Marie Claire Archbold, sons Kenneth and Michael Archbold, stepdaughter Lauren Scudieri, and one grandson, Caleb Nelson, according to the outlet.
