PHILADELPHIA — Areas of Philadelphia experienced intense flooding Tuesday due to heavy rains from Tropical Storm Isaias.

According to the National Weather Service, the highest rainfall total in Philadelphia was 4.16 inches and the lowest was 2.22 inches.

- Philadelphia International Airport — 4.16 inches at 2:54 p.m.
- Rittenhouse Square — 2.74 inches at 3:10 p.m.
- Philadelphia Northeast — 2.40 inches at 2:54 p.m.
- Philadelphia (Citizens Bank Park) — 2.22 inches at 3:15 p.m.
The highest rainfall total in all of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey was in Wynnewood, which saw 8.59 inches of rain, according to the National Weather Service.
