Senior Dog Found Tied To Rail In Philly Hours After Adoption
Max is 11 years old and was abandoned by a family just 48 hours after they adopted him. Now the ACCT is looking to raise funds for him.

PHILADELPHIA — A senior dog was found tied to a rail and left out in the cold last week in Philadelphia after being adopted just 48 hours earlier.
Max, 11, was found Friday, Dec. 6 tied to a rail in the cold.
A volunteer for Philadelphia's Animal Care and Control Team saw Max and recognized him.

In an effort to stop Max from being euthanized, a GoFundMe campaign was launched to help pay for his care while a permanent home is found.
As of Tuesday morning, more than $1,100 of the $2,000 goal has been raised.
