PHILADELPHIA — The University of Pennsylvania Thursday said all students must be vaccinated against the coronavirus for the fall semester.

Those who have not been vaccinated by the time they come back to Penn's campus can be vaccinated at university clinics. However, students will need to quarantine for two weeks after receiving their first dose.

The decision to require students be inoculated comes as coronavirus vaccine administration increases drastically in Philadelphia and elsewhere.
