Welcome America Bringing In-Person Fun After Virtual 2020 Events

PHILADELPHIA — In-person entertainment is coming back to the annual Wawa Welcome America festival for 2021.

Officials Wednesday announced this year's event will be a return to live entertainment across the city, with the annual concert at The Mann Center for the Performing Arts, 5201 Parkside Ave.

The festival will take place from June 19 to July 4 and serve as both a Juneteenth and July 4th celebration.

Headliners for this year's July 4 concert are Bebe Rexha and Flo Rida. The July 4 concert will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are limited and pre-registration is required.

The Philly POPS will also perform on July 3 at the Mann from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Many other events and activities will be held from June 19 to July 4.

Free museum admission, an outdoor showing of "Rocky" at the Art Museum, Juneteenth celebrations, and free events at City Hall are just a few offerings.
