Philly Airport Ground Stop Lifted
The FAA lifted the ground stop at the Philadelphia International Airport after weather caused delays for departing flights.
PHILADELPHIA — The ground stop at the Philadelphia International Airport was lifted after weather issues causing low visibility cleared, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
The FAA said at about 4:50 p.m. departing flights heading to Newark International Airport are seeing delays averaging about 40 minutes.
However, at about 7 p.m. the FAA lifted the ground stop order
