GNC Reaches Agreement To Sell Its Products In Walmart Stores
The Pittsburgh-based health and wellness company has entered into an exclusive agreement with the retail giant.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Pittsburgh-based health and wellness company GNC on Monday announced an exclusive agreement with Walmart to begin selling a select assortment of products in stores and Walmart.com.
Through this partnership, Walmart will carry a curated assortment of GNC products. GNC will
be offering an initial selection of men and women's essential everyday vitamins in several different formats in more than 4,000 Walmart stores and online at Walmart.com. Over time, GNC expects to expand its offering to include additional sports nutrition and weight management products in Wamart stores.
"With this collaboration, we can deliver the GNC experience to a whole new group of consumers," GNC CEO John Burris said in a news release.
