Hampton Township School District to Host Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic

ALLISON PARK, PA— Hampton Township School District is collaborating with Rite Aid to host Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine clinics in the Hampton High School cafeteria. The proposed clinics will offer first doses of the vaccine on Saturday, May 15th, followed by the second dose on Saturday, June 5th, 2021. Participants must attend both clinics in order to be fully vaccinated.

Vaccinations will be available to students, family members, and staff members of Hampton Township School District ages 16 and older. The clinics will be held in the Hampton High School cafeteria, 2929 McCully Road, Allison Park, PA 15101.

How to Register

If you, your teenager or a family member are interested in receiving a vaccine, please answer the general interest questions by 11:59 PM on May 6th, using the following link: https://forms.gle/2XRwE4FGN836itzM9.

Based on interest in attending the clinics, the District will send an additional sign-up link to secure appointments, and schedule additional clinics.
