Huge Fried Chicken Restaurant The Eagle To Debut In Pittsburgh
The restaurant will open this week in Downtown Pittsburgh.
PITTSBURGH, PA - A huge fried chicken restaurant will anchor the retail portion of the new 11-story Eighth and Penn apartments in the Downtown Cultural District. The Eagle Food & Beer Hall will occupy 6,000 square feet in the building's ground floor.
The Eagle announced via social media that it will open this week.
The Eagle's menu is highlighted by all-natural chicken that is brined, dredged, then cooked in custom-built fryers. It's served with house-made hot honey. The Eagle also specializes in southern sides, craft beer, cocktails and blues music, according to its website.
