Large Pittsburgh-Area Fire Leaves Man Critically Injured

WILKINSBURG, PA — One man was reported in critical condition after a three-alarm fire broke out in the 900 block of Wood Street. The blaze broke out at approximately 2 a.m.

The building had retail establishments on the lower level and apartments above. Approximately 10 people lived in the building. No one else was injured.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
