Penguins To Have Fans In Attendance Tuesday At PPG Paints Arena
A limited number of fans will be able to attend the Penguins game against the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday.

PITTSBURGH, PA — For the first time in nearly a year, the Penguins will play a game in their home arena in front of fans. About 2,800 fans will be able to attend the team's Tuesday game against the Philadelphia Flyers at PPG Paints Arena, the team announced Monday.
Fans will be admitted after Gov. Tom Wolf announced Monday that indoor sports and entertainment venues would be able to admit crowds at 15 percent of the building's capacity as coronavirus cases continue to drop.
The Penguins have 20 home games remaining this season, including 12 in March.

The arena has implemented new safety measures, including drone disinfecting technology in the arena bowl, autonomous UV floor scrubbers, touchless faucets and flush valves in all restrooms and 200-plus hand sanitizer stations. The arena meets or exceeds all HVAC guidelines set forth by the NHL and NHLPA in their Return to Play protocols.
Tuesday's game will mark the first time the Penguins have been able to welcome fans since a March 8, 2020 game against Carolina.
