Pittsburgh Man Charged In Deadly Hawaii Altercation

KAILUA-KONA, HA — A Pittsburgh man is dead and another man from the city has been charged with manslaughter after an altercation at a vacation rental turned deadly.

Benjamin Fleming, 37, is charged in connection with the death of Abhisek Gupta, 30, WestHawaiiToday.com reported. An autopsy found the cause of death to be strangulation.

According to court documents, Fleming provided police with conflicting statements regarding the fight that led to Gupta's death.
