PNC Park To Debut Three New Restaurants

A trio of rookie restaurants will try to make fans forget about how bad the Pirates are expected to be this season.

PITTSBURGH, PA — The Pirates are expected to be terrible this season, but the dining options at PNC Park will not. Three new eateries will be opening soon, with a job fair on Wednesday and Thursday expected to lead to 100 employees being hired.

  • Foot-long kielbasa, $20.
  • Over The Top Nachos, $18, featuring one pound of nacho chips, cheddar cheese sauce, salsa, chili, jalapeños, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
  • Giant pretzel, $12
  • Loaded Fries, $15, featuring chili, cheese, diced tomatoes, onions and jalapeños.

Taps & Taco, whose burrito and burrito bowl offerings will include, beef, chicken, pork and vegetarian options.

Batty's Pizzeria, which will serve 10-inch pies for $12 and 16-inch ones for $20.

  • Bushelp
  • Cashier & Counter Server
  • Cooks & Chefs
  • Dishwasher
  • Food Runner
  • Host or Hostess
  • Server

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Display strong guest service skills at all times.
  • Obtain certification for the accredited alcohol server test (RAMP) on the first day of hire.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Ability to function productively in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServSafe certification a plus but not required.
  • Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of back of the house, ordering, and inventory systems.
  • Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, weekends and holidays.
