Steelers Ending Quarterback Quandry, Signing Aaron Rodgers: Report

The Steelers appear to have found their starting 2025 quarterback.

PITTSBURGH, PA ? After an exasperating wait, it appears as though the Steelers have found their starting quarterback for the 2025 season.

Four-time NFL MVP and Super Bowl champion Aaron Rodgers will sign a one-year deal with the team and attend minicamp next week, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.

Rodgers' indecision on whether to play for the Steelers, or play at all at the age of 41, has been a growing source of frustration for fans of the team. Some of them wanted Rodgers behind center, some of them not, but most appeared to be universally united in their desire for the indecisive and enigmatic quarterback to finally make up his mind.
