Take Your Pooch To The Pool On Labor Day

The four Allegheny County pools will admit canine customers on their final day of operation for the season.

PITTSBURGH, PA - Chances are that with all the cool, damp weather in southwestern Pennsylvania this summer, Fido hasn’t gotten poolside often. An opportunity exists on Labor Day to let him take a final dip before the season ends.

Allegheny County will allow dogs in the four county pools at Boyce Park, North Park, Settlers Cabin and South Park from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 4. Admission is $15 per dog with up to two guardians and $5 for each additional attendee.

Pre-registration is required.
