Three More Western PA Residents Charged In January Capitol Riot
A trio of residents from the region were charged Wednesday with participating in the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Three more Western Pennsylvania residents have been charged in connection with the U.S. Capitol Riots, the Department of Justice announced Wednesday.
Charged were Samuel Fox of Mt. Pleasant, Westmoreland County; Mitchell Vukich of New Brighton, Beaver County; and Nicholas Perretta of Baden, Beaver County all are in federal custody and had initial hearings Wednesday.
Samuel Christopher Fox of Mt. Pleasant, PA was taken into federal custody this morning on federal charges relating to criminal acts at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. An initial appearance is scheduled for 3 p.m. in US District Court in Western PA.
Fox is charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building; violent entry and disorderly conduct and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building; and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.

Vukich is charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds' theft of government money, property or records; disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds; and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.

Perrett is charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; theft of government money, property or records; disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds; and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.
