PITTSBURGH, PA - At least the fifth alligator found wandering in and around Pittsburgh was captured Tuesday night. Humane Animal Rescue, which is where the gator is being detained, said in a Facebook post he was found in Lawrencevill near the Allegheny River.

The animal has been named "Gus."

He continues the slightly scary trend of gators turning up all over town this year. The first one was found at the South Side Riverfront Park in May, another was discovered in Beechview in June, the third surfaced in Carrick in June and the fourth surfaced at the Shaler Giant Eagle in July.
