Oakmont Borough has a new Code and Building Enforcement Company. Building Inspection Underwriters a.k.a., BIU. Going forward you can access permits and submit permit applications on line through their website. As always, we will have permits available at the office. You will still pick-up/drop off your permits and applications from the Borough Office. Please review the website and check out the guidelines, procedures and checklists that go along with submitting your permit application.
