FREE CrossFit class in Oakmont/Verona!

Accord CrossFit/Training recently opened in Oakmont and is offering a FREE Community Class every Saturday at 9A. This free class is intended to introduce CrossFit anyone in the area who is interested in health and fitness. Accord offers experienced coaches who are capable of teaching the fundamental movements of CrossFit and weightlifting to athletes of any level and providing a safe and fun class experience for all.

A FREE coffee/tea/smoothie bar is available before and after the class, and a FREE supervised Kids’ Playroom is offered during the class for any families that would like to attend. CrossFit is best experienced as a community, so grab your best friend/workout partner and come see what it’s all about!
