Plum Man Charged In 3-Year-Old Daughter's Drowning Death
Ca-Nayah Mitchell was found at the bottom of the family swimming pool.
PLUM, PA - A Plum man is facing criminal charges related to the drowning last week of his three-year-old daughter. Charles Mitchell has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and endangering the welfare of children.
On Aug. 1, Ca-Nayah Mitchell was found at the bottom of a swimming pool at the family's Ridgewood Court home.She was taken to Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville
where she was pronounced dead.
