Police Probe Alleged Brawl Between HS Football Coach, Player

Photos of the player show him with scratches and bruises.

PLUM BOROUGH, PA - Plum police are investigating an alleged altercation between a Plum High School football coach and player Friday that left the player with bruises and marks on his neck.

Chief Jeff Armstrong told KDKA-TV that police will interview the alleged victim and witnesses to the incident. He did not identify the player or the coach involved.

David Shrager, an attorney retained by the player’s family over the weekend, provided the station with photos showing the player with contusions and bruises. Shrager said it is his understanding that the coach grabbed the player by the neck and slammed him.
