CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Amazon is opening up two new facilities in Montgomery County, part of an initiative that it says will bring more than a thousand jobs to the greater Philadelphia area in 2021.
The two local delivery stations will be in East Norriton and Conshohocken, the company announced Tuesday. Two more stations were also announced in the city of Philadelphia this week.
Most of the jobs will be for new drivers to fulfill orders for the stations. Amazon said it will pay at least $15 an hour.
