Bed Bath And Beyond To Shut Down Plymouth Meeting Store: Report
The store is among dozens that the Bed Bath and Beyond reportedly plans to close by the end of the year.

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — Bed, Bath & Beyond will reportedly close 200 locations nationwide, including Plymouth Meeting.
Specific closing dates have not yet been announced. It's the only Pennsylvania store slated to close, according to the report published in USA Today.
There are 31 locations of Bed Bath and Beyond in Pennsylvania.

The company also operates Christmas Tree Shops, Harmon Face Values, Buybuy Baby and Cost Plus World Market.
Bed Bath & Beyond CEO Mark Tritton previously indicated that closing 200 locations would spare the brand between $250 and $350 million annually after one-time costs. The negative economic effects of the coronavirus pandemic were "felt across our business during our fiscal first quarter, including loss of sales due to temporary store closures."
