Conshohocken Businessman Stole $200K From Employer: Cops
A two-year investigation culminated in the arrest of a 30-year-old Montgomery County man, police said.

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A Conshohocken man is behind bars after stealing hundreds of thousands from his company over a period of two years, authorities announced last week.
Patrick Maxwell Rose, 30, was one of two men arrested in the scheme and charged with forgery and numerous related counts.
Rose previously worked for a commercial business in the Westtown Business Center on McDaniel Drive in Westtown Township, Chester County, police said.

From Jan. 2017 to Nov. 2018, Rose and his accomplice, Vincent Alfred Trotta III of Staten Island, New York, tampered with financial records, according to authorities.
All told, they stole more than $200,000 during that time period, according to police.

A two year investigation culminated in Rose surrendering himself to the West Goshen-Easttown Poliec Department on Oct. 13. Trotta was arrested in Middletown Township on Oct. 11.
Rose was charged with nine counts of forgery, two counts of unlawful taking, two counts of theft by deception, two counts of receiving stolen property, nine counts of identity theft, one count of tampering with records, two counts of unlawful use of a computer, and 27 counts of criminal conspiracy.
Bail was set for Rose at $50,000. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 23.
