Double Doink Re-Enacted In Legos At Plymouth Meeting Legoland
The blocked field goal that was heard around the world has now been further immortalized, in detail, in Lego form.
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — The "Double Doink" blocked field goal that was heard around the world as it doinked off the post not just once, but twice, has now been further immortalized in Lego form.
The amazing sports creation is over at Legoland Discovery Center in the Plymouth Meeting Mall. Like all things Philadelphia at Legoland, the reimagining of the event that sent the Eagles to the next round of the playoffs is intricately detailed.
It shows the position of the players, the lined up ball, the Bears mascot, disappointed Chicago fans, and, of course, the trajectory of Cody Parkey's blocked kick after it hits the upright.
