WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A tractor trailer crashed navigating slippery roads just off I-476 Wednesday afternoon.
A dump truck is blocking part of the lane in the ramp heading south onto the Schuylkill Expressway, according to MontcoPA Active Incidents.
Crash on I-476 southbound at Exit: I-76 EAST PHILADELPHIA { # 16A }. There is a ramp restriction.

The incident occurred at around 1:35 p.m. and has restricted access to the ramp.
