Mary T. Manoppello, Lifelong Resident of Conshohocken

Manoppello was a longtime resident of West 10th Avenue; her funeral Mass is Wednesday.

Mary T. Manoppello, a lifelong resident of Conshohocken, died Friday, Dec. 6 at Mercy Suburban Hospital. She was 94.

Born in Conshohocken, she was a daughter of the late Vincenzo and Generosa (Pascale) Gambone.

She was the widow of Dominic Manoppello.

Manoppello was a graduate of Conshohocken High School, Class of 1938. 

She was a member of Ss. Cosmas and Damian Church where she served on various committees, and was a member of St. Rita's Sodality.

Manoppello is survived by a son, Ralph J. Manoppello of Conshohocken; two granddaughters, Krista and Kellie Manoppello; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by all her siblings: Agnes Mancini, Sue Gambone, Anne DelVischio, Michael, John, and Tony Gambone.

Manoppello’s funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, Dec. 11 at 10:30 a.m. at Ss. Cosmas and Damian Church, 209 West Fifth Ave., Conshohocken. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
