Mother-Daughter Twins In Plymouth: Mother's Day Photos
In celebration of Mother's Day, we're sharing photos and stories and mothers and daughters. Here's Jennifer with her daughter, Allison.

PLYMOUTH, PA —Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Pennsylvania to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.
Here's what Plymouth's Jennifer Gaier wrote in about her daughter, 2016 Plymouth-Whitemarsh graduate Allison Cohen:

"As soon as I learned of your Mom and Daughter Twin Contest, I texted my daughter and she said “omg, we have to send in pics!”. Not a week goes by that someone doesn’t tell us how much we look a-like. I often find myself scrolling through her posted pictures while she’s away at school thinking that they are pictures of me, and a split second later I realize I’m looking at her.

We have years and years of pictures of us, side by side, comparing us at the same age, including this Halloween shot of us both at age 7, wearing Bride Costumes. Through different hair colors and styles, dark or light, or one of each, we always look the same! I treasure it all, and I wouldn’t want it any other way!
Being her mother (and of course her brother), is by far the best thing that has and ever will happen to me. Motherhood has taught and given me a love like no other. I count my blessings every day for them, and I always will. Happy Mother’s Day to everyone out there, including my own Mom! I love you!"
Happy Mother's Day!
