Penn State Extension Urges Residents To 'Walk Across PA'
Get a captain, join a team, or create a team yourself, and start walking!

Each year, registered teams will take a virtual walk of a scenic route across Pennsylvania.
This year, for Penn State Extension's annual community wellness initiative, each person will need to average walking or exercising the equivalent of ten miles per week for eight weeks.
The theme for 2016 will be visiting the Rails to Trails network in Pennsylvania.
