Plymouth Nail Salon Owner Accused Of Sexually Assaulting A Minor
The suspect was arrested last month in Philadelphia. He is held in lieu of $250,000 bail in Montgomery County.

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, PA — The owner of a nail salon in Plymouth Township has been charged in connection with the sexual assault of a minor, authorities said.
Plymouth Township police said an investigation into the suspect, James Kit Vong, was launched in July stemming from allegations that a minor had been sexually assaulted at his business. Vong owns Artisan Nails, located at 201 Ridge Pike.
Vong was arrested on Nov. 4 in Philadelphia and charged with aggravated indecent assault, aggravated indecent assault of a victim less than 16 years of age, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and indecent assault.

A preliminary hearing was held on Dec. 1, and Vong's bail was set at $250,000.
